Yesterday at my sewing social, I got a call from Deb at The Hive. The Hive is a small business advertising for small businesses. They are located at 1023 Holton Rd, North Muskegon, MI. 231-981-2151. Originally, we were going to have the front wall for a month in August, so we've been busy creating smaller things to sell for folks that want a little something or want to support us, there. But...I got a call and they offered me to fill another gals contract and just move into a booth...NOW. Well...ok lol ready or not I'm in.
Quilting business has been super slow but looks like it's picking up a bit and I don't need much up front so after the call, I heard in my spirit, "walk by faith not by sight". One of my very favorite Scriptures but I hadn't thought of it in a long time or read it and knew it must be The Lord telling me the light is green...GO! SO...we're going.
Lots to do to get ready...much to bind, some things to quilt not everything will be going. Trying to decide how best to handle the big quilts, how to handle keeping track of inventory and set up.
This picture is of the booth not empty yet but the little shelf ladder will stay for my use and will be quite helpful.
